John Knobloch is currently the Head of Corporate Protective Services and International Travel for PNC Bank where he oversees programs that ensure the safety and security of all PNC employees with an emphasis on Senior Leadership. Prior to this position he was the Vice President of Corporate Security for PNC where he was responsible for 800+ branches and major buildings located throughout the Northeast US and Canada.

Prior to his career in corporate security, John was a 30-year member of law enforcement with both the NYPD and the Secret Service. At the Secret Service John held senior leadership positions to include the Special Agent in Charge of the Administrative Operations Division and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer. He was also an Inspector in the Office of Professional Responsibility, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Technical Security Division, where he was in charge of the Hazardous Agent Mitigation Medical Emergency Response Program (HAMMER) and CBRNE, as well as other assignments during his career.

John’s awards include two NYPD Excellent Police Duty Medals, to include live saving, the U.S. Treasury Award for Policy and Development, the United States Department of Justice Award for Public Service, and the U.S. Secret Services Director’s Award for Lifesaving as well as the PNC Technology and Innovation, I-Lead Award for leadership both for work and community service. He also received the PNC Realty Services Outstanding Manager Award.

Paula Otis has been in the Corporate Security industry for over 25 years and has a passion for fraud investigations, threat assessments, security training and physical security. She has maintained a certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) for more than a decade and holds additional certifications with ISMA, Georgetown University, and the Security Executive Council. She currently holds a position as a Corporate Security Director with one of the largest mutual life insurance companies in the world and is responsible for corporate security at the home office and locations on the east coast. Prior experience includes independent security consultative services including operational security expertise to healthcare organizations, high-tech companies, and high-rise residential locations. Additionally, Paula spent 18 years at a Fortune 100 financial institution where she held multiple positions of increasing complexity and responsibility, ending her career there managing the Mid-Atlantic Region which contained 300 retail branches, 38 administrative locations including 23,000 associates and 200+ proprietary and contracted staff.
