REGION 5C VICE PRESIDENT - STEPHEN MOLINELLI CPP, PSP
Stephen is currently an Emergency Management Specialist with the Office of Emergency Management at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Stephen began his career at Rutgers in 2000 and has served in various roles including; security operations, security systems and technology and emergency management. Stephen was an integral part in creating and supervising one of the largest, most innovative, uniformed student security programs in the country. In his role with security systems and technology, Stephen was an integral part of the campus’ CCTV and access control expansion project totaling over 2000 cameras and access control systems in 150 buildings. Under the Office of Emergency Management, Stephen took part in the Rutgers and State of New Jersey response to Hurricane Irene and Superstorm Sandy and was an integral part of many dignitary visits, most notably, President Barack Obama. In this role, he is involved with planning for major university events and crisis as well as training. Stephen also works as a consultant with Margolis Healy, a professional services firm specializing in campus safety, security and regulatory compliance for higher education and K-12.
Stephen currently serves as a Regional Vice President for ASIS International after previously serving as Chapter Chair of the Central Jersey Chapter and Assistant Regional Vice President. He has been involved with numerous ASIS committees and serves as Certification Chair for the CNJ Chapter where he coordinates and leads the Chapter’s certification review programs. He also served as President of the NJ College and University Public Safety Association (NJCUPSA) from 2013-2014. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University and is board certified in security management as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and physical security as a Physical Security Professional (PSP).

ASSISTANT REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT - IZABELA REGULA
Izabela is a familiar face in the security industry and safety solutions world. She has been involved with security for over 12 years. Her involvement began while working on her undergraduate in business at Penn State University. To further her career she attended Wilkes University for her graduate degree in Business Administration. Her passion and entrepreneurial drive to become , successful and led her to becoming a partner of Bristol Protective Services in 2011. A company which provided armed and unarmed officers as well as executive protection. She later transitioned into corporate security working with a global investment banking company on Wall Street through Allied Universal Security and later served in a role as a Security BDM in New York City. Her twelve years of involvement with ASIS and ASIS Central NJ Chapter opened her eyes to the improvements that can be made with the convergence of cyber, safety solutions, technology and physical security. In 2013, she hosted a Cyber Symposium for the ASIS NJ Chapter in the hope of bringing her vision alive. To further her knowledge she became involved with organizations like OWASP, ISC2NJ, HTCIA & Infragard.
After serving two years as a member and then Treasurer for the ASIS Central NJ Chapter, Izabela became its first female Chapter Chairperson in January 2014. Her volunteerism has expanded drastically to include ASIS Women in Security Group, ASIS NYC Chapter Volunteer, and Co-Chairs on the WISTL (Women in Security and Technology Leadership) for the New York Metro Area. In 2014 Izabela formed a new company called The Breacher Group. A female owned business focusing on the security vulnerabilities, risk mitigation, intelligence and safety solutions for modern day weaknesses. Since its expansion, Izabela has provided training on Safety and Security, as well as Social Media Intelligence for ASIS, HTCIA and JCPD Waterfront meetings while also appearing on WPIX 11 News.
Izabela currently works for Johnson Controls as a Sales Executive in New Jersey on the Fire Life Safety and Security Team, focusing on providing Safety Solutions to her clients.
